Scene Queen, aka Hannah Collins, has been on the rise lately, collaborating with bands such as Set It Off and performing with Vukovi at the Heavy Music Awards.

She keeps fighting against the expectations set against her in the industry and is not afraid to scream it out—”Pink Push-Up Bra” is no exception.

Following on from her previous release of “18+,” which called out a lot of areas of the industry for sexual assault and other crimes, it’s a somehow even more raw take on her own experiences that needs to be heard.

It kicks in quickly and sets a tone that shows Scene Queen is here to stay, and you will be listening. Speaking of taking back her power in the industry is such an important statement, and she delivers it incredibly well here. The mixing of catchy lyrics lets us all know there is so much more to come. Breakdowns into powerful screaming make for a song that is difficult not to have on repeat, as you can feel the emotional rawness being showcased here.

Scene Queen is an artist who is outspoken and not afraid to speak her mind in her lyrics, which makes “Pink Push-Up Bra” so infectious to listen to. A music video that pairs so perfectly with this came out the same day, a parody of the movie Legally Blonde in which Scene Queen saves the day and does it in only a way Scene Queen could—with a pink gun that stays true to her “Bimbocore” roots.

She follows her own style, and no one in the industry should ever need to defend that, yet artists like Scene Queen are constantly under high scrutiny on releases such as “Pink Push-Up Bra.” It is refreshing to see an artist speaking up and out about the issues that many experience daily and empowering them through the Bimbicore that we are all loving.

Scene Queen will be on her headline tour across the UK next month titled Bimbo Beans & Toast. It’s already looking to be an incredible show, with the setlist already online for those who want to see it ahead of the show.
